I admit it...I'm a coffee-holic, if that's a word. I like my coffee dark roasted, and I like to experiment with different coffees from around the world. I also prefer to buy fair trade and organic coffee. So I never expected to find such an outstanding selection in Halifax's north end right next to a Robin! It is a challenge to find parking, but once you get inside, however many circles around the block you needed are worth it. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The choices...well too many to mention from mild to powerful. They come from Africa, Latin & South America, as well as Asia & the Pacific Island. My latest purchase - Fog City...I even love the name is a tasty blend from Mexico, Peru and Columbia and it's Organic and Fair Trade. Delicioso...I can almost hear the Latin music in the background. Don't bother to go on Sunday...not open, which is a pity! read more
