I ordered two smoothies that were $16 and a cookie. After they made the smoothies they told me they don't have straws. I was like, well if I had known that I wouldn't have ordered them! They made no apologies, didn't offer a refund or anything and the sad thing is I left them a tip when I paid. This is horrible customer service, I wish I had read reviews before hand. I also learned they ran out of straws yesterday! Like really, you could have bought some today. They gave us spoons and I was with my infant. read more
