The Java Coffee Lounge is a well decorated and well lit coffee house. Its small intimate environment makes it the perfect place to have a non alcoholic drink and sit down and read a book.
Java also offers internet through three PC terminals and Wi-Fi if you have a laptop. It is 50p for 15 mins and 1 Pound for half an hour, the Wi-Fi costs the same. I found this to be slightly expensive due to the fact that it is free in most other bars and cafes around Moseley Village.
The coffee is what you would expect from an independent coffee shop. They use a nice rich blend which is certain to keep the blood pumping after a long day.
They also have a selection of cakes and cookies starting at just 70p. They all taste pretty good and are perfect as an accompaniment to their rich, dark coffee. read more
