Jim is an excellent repairman that has extensive experience in working with machines. Jim's knowledge and customer service are out good this world - he goes above and beyond for his customers. I found Jim on google and gave him a call. I described my issue (I had bought a slightly older used machine) and Jim was very attentive, polite and knowledgeable on what my issue may be. He scheduled a service call with me and was very transparent throughout the process. I can't praise his integrity enough. Jim got my machine up and running with a few replacement parts, which he ordered himself through the machine's customer service, which is notoriously not great to deal with. This speaks volumes of his commitment to his customers. It's rare to find a specialist in their field that doesn't charge a crazy premium and looks out for his customers.
