I'll start by saying their holiday candy cane coffee is delicious, however, you'll be disappointed if you purchase it in k-cup form. I bought three bags of cups before Christmas, and nearly half of them have torn open mid-brew in my machine. I even contacted the company and let them know of the problem, but they didn't care to reply. But tonight, one of the cups I had left actually tore open on the side, filling both my cup and machine with grinds, which resulted in me spending some time cleaning my machine rather than enjoying my coffee. read more
