Since I moved to the Eastern Suburbs at the end of last year, I have been going wild with the local Indonesian Cuisine. Indonesian food is so delicious and there are so many choices around. Some of the very traditional restaurants tend to serve mainly dishes cooked in shrimp paste, which is not so much to my taste. Java is one of the broader Indonesian restaurants I have sampled and has a wide variety of dishes which should suit most palates. Last night I feasted on the Ayam Crispy, which is a fried chicken dish and for anyone who is a KFC fan, you MUST try this it will blow your mind. read more
