Food is alway fresh and tasty, but it is the little things...like always remembering how to make the sandwich. If the menu says tomatoes and pickels come with the sandwich, be sure they are on it not just 2 out of 4 times (50%) of the time. But every time. Also, be sure you slice the pickels lengthwise and thin, rather than cube them before you put them on your custome's bagel. Large cubed pickels are difficult to consume on a bagel sandwich. If two people come in to place an order toether, make sure you make eye contact with both, especially when confirming both cistomers selection.
