June 2024 JE Remodeling was hired to redo a bathroom that had mold and water damage. They were paid over $11k to do this bathroom and did very poor work. They were incredibly unprofessional and dishonest. They had an unlicensed worker do plumbing work that caused leaks. After bringing in a "licensed" plumber, they said the problem was fixed. They installed a tub spout that was inches too short and when I brought this to their attention, they said it was fine. This job took over four months. Fast forward to January 2025 and we have another water leak in the same bathroom. JE came back to do their "warranty" work and said the tub spout was too short and that's why we have a leak. They had to rip out drywall and "fix" the leak. They made our bathroom inaccessible for 21 days and left yesterday....without replacing the tub spout. When this was brought to their attention, they said the tub spout is on backorder. John Eric is the owner and none of his words match his work. He tried to tell me that he couldn't have his workers paint my bathroom (even though it was included in the $11k bid) because they ran out of time. He also tried to tell me that because he himself didn't write out the bid, he wasn't responsible for having everything completed, even though he's the owner, and he included it in the scope of work. JE Remodeling is incredibly unprofessional and is actively working on getting my honest reviews deleted. He already deleted the one I left on his Facebook page and blocked me. Avoid this company if you respect your money and your home, because they won't! They've damaged my countertops and dented my walls with their carelessness (and never fixed it!).
