Tonight they were at the Kendall Yards Night Market. There were quite a few options for food trucks here but I decided to try them and was not disappointed. Their menu is very concise and explains what is in each dish and also provides pictures of the items. I decided to try the Shawarma Wrap. It came out pretty fast and the wrap it self was hot a delicious. The chicken was moist and perfectly spiced and the garlic sauce was amazing. Super flavorful and garlicky. The tortilla wrap bread was chewy and crunchy from the panini press and, the fries added a very nice touch by being inside the wrap itself. The fries that came on the side were a little disappointing because they were a little soft, and didn't have the crunch that would would want with fries. However, the side or garlic sauce that came with those fries was a nice touch. It gave them more flavor and made up, somewhat, for the lack of crunch. The service was super sweet. Everyone inside the truck was super friendly and sweet and answered any questions if you had any with a smile. I would definitely want to try them again. There are some items on the menu that look really good. Like the kofta sliders and the huckleberry cobbler for instance. Jerusalem, is definitely a truck to look out for between their food and service, totally worth a stop. read more
