I haven't been in this area for a while and was looking for a Caribbean restaurant. Was getting tired of fast food and wanted home cooked food. I just happened to be passing a store and ran into this restaurant. I stopped and had the lunch special, special- brown stew chicken, rice n peas, veggies and fried plantain. It didn't disappoint. The chicken foot soup wasn't ready but I came back later. And I enjoyed every bit of it till it hurt bc I ate so much. I don't know the cooks name, but someone said "Mama" and Mama did her thing. I definitely recommend. read more
