I was coming home from down south and looked up new places in Alexandria. I love falafel and hummus so I decided on the food truck/ trailer of the Falafel Factory and called to place an order to pick up and take home . Well it smelled so good I had to go ahead and try the falafel sampler on the way home . WOW !!! It was so good and the hummus was great . It was smooth and creamy and had a great flavor. The falafel had a great crunch and spiced just right. The beef tenderloin plate with hummus and pita bread was delicious also. Then look out here comes the chicken over rice with the house sauce and spicy shiracha sauce (spicy) . It also comes with a salad and pita bread. It was good and the chicken was tender . Love the long grain rice it was served with. The lady that took my order was so nice and polite and helped me decide on the menu items and what I ordered. So I'm soooooooooo suggesting that yall go by and try this place out. I will definitely go by again or even take a road trip to visit them again!!! read more
