Today I met up with a friend to catch up on the latest events in our lives. We picked Josh's Corner Diner to try out as it is one of several casual but fast restaurants at the Central Fare Food Collective, a fairly new food hall at the MiamiCentral station. You do not need a train ticket to eat at any of the restaurants. It is on the second floor.
I ordered the TunaMelt with hash browns and water. My friend had the same as I did. The food was decent with good portions but not outstanding. They do not provide table service. Basically you order at the stand, pay, and then take your order and find a table in the food hall. The server was very nice and helpful with questions. There was no delay with the service. It's fun to pick out different restaurants for lunch. They also serve breakfast, which I would try next time. Josh makes the desserts! read more
