Patrick and his team were great to work with. Before he bid the project he did multiple site visits and met with my designer to ask follow up questions. He was very accommodating to small project changes and did not nickel and dime me. When I raised concerns about any work, he was quick to respond and evaluate the issue. Only tough part was he's booked pretty solid, so I had to wait a while until him and his team could start, but that speaks to their work that so many people want to hire them.
