Like Amy has said, Joy brings a little...well, Joy to an otherwise frankly depressing shopping centre, and will probably realise it's in the wrong place and move to the High Street before long. It is a mixture of kitsch gifts and cards and funky clothes, all of which are not the cheapest. I get an obscene amount of pleasure reading humerous and rudey cards, so this place keeps me amused for a while. It also sells a great collection of needless gifts like sandwich cases, mini Henry hoovers and build your own car kits. All of the stuff you would never need all under one roof. I particularly like the jewellery in here, which is cute and unique, and I don't mind paying a little extra for quality. The sales in here are also one of the high points and I picked up a super cute pearly charm bracelet for a mere fiver! A good, well needed addition to the flagging shopping mall, but would be better utilised on Princes Street. read more
