I ordered a coffee from the counter, before she did anything or I paid in full she asked for a tip. I said no thank you. Then I sat down 5 steps away from the counter at a table waiting for my coffee for about10 minutes while she served other people. She decided to just leave it on the counter yet walked everyone else's to them. I guess the 7.00 coffee doesn't deserve good customer service or the employee walking 5 steps. Clearly she doesn't own the company and doesn't care about customer service, just her tips before she has done anything. It's a shame as it's a cute place but the staff can make or break a local business. I'll buy my 7.00 coffee somewhere else. read more
