I despise the fact that I had to give A one because if anything they would be more like a -10 Horrible horrible company not just the delivery person but the worst part of all is the owner so a rash and also a logical and so demeaning and the way he talks to his customers. Jumper was delivered a day early because they did not have space for it they said so we complied without complaining we were told it would be picked up on Sunday however they called it 1035 Saturday night expecting to pick it up and when I said no because we are all in bed asleep they chose to ignore all of my text for the next two days then when I finally got a hold of them on the third day the owner continued to argue and lie saying we would not allow the guard to let them in but we do not even have a guard so clearly that was a made up story. Even went as far to put his delivery man on a three-way call with us to try to verify all his lies but unfortunately for the owner the delivery man at least had a little bit of class and confessed that he was lying about what he said regarding the attempted pick up. He also admitted to calling and hanging up on me twice after he text me at 10:35 PM Saturday night. Wow The owner continue to talk to me as if I was just some dumb ignorant woman he even told me I was cute because I didn't seem to understand the contract which shows how ignorant he was because I was not even the person on the contract I was the person who's home it was at. Three days later when they finally picked up the jumper my neighbor who lives right across the street was cut off and nearly clipped by the jumper trailer on the way into the neighborhood I have reached out to the Better Business Bureau regarding this company and I have done a little bit of research and found there many many complaints against them. I live in an area where my land is of upmost value to me and it's a working property there Jumper took up my working space for three days I never even got as much of an apology or anything after that or for his rudeness. For a business that charges $119 for a basic jumper it seems like a good price but when they store it at your house for three extra days without your consent and then they treat you like crap because they screwed up it is pretty awful and then for the owner to sit there and argue with you and try to degrade you as a human being and curse and just be all around rude I am surprise his company still in business I know when you get on Yelp for a review it shows two different jump for fun's but they are the same company so be careful read more
