Bewhere ! Abrahaman Muhammad owner of Just another Carpenter He is an unconscionable conman and liar and seriously knows nothing about construction. My husband and I hired him to refurbish a home we have in Georgia, we live out of state and we paid this man $44,000. He took our money and in return pretty much destroyed our house. Unfortunatly we are out of state and although we tried to communicate with him every day, he was not very responsive. Also, we were being manipulated by pictures that were posed and false of work supposedly done. When we finally did travel to Georgia we saw he started projects all over the house and never completed any of them. Everything he touched from painting the walls, which looked like they never took a tack cloth to clean the walls and just painted it over them to putting up backsplash ( with no spacers in between) in the kitchen, to rebuilding our decks. Which were all warped and unbalanced with improper spacing between the spindles (which you can see in my pictures.) All of it was done poorly, unprofessionally and none of it was done too state code. The plumbing he did which was so amateur he caused two leaks while he was there which he covered up and never disclosed to us. He left us with Mold, which we then had to remediate. He and his workers were so careless in our home they caused huge scratches and deep grooves in our beautiful cherry wood floors that now we have to replace them. However, before he ruined them, he took pictures of our home and posted them on TikTok, showing our beautiful floors, passing them off as his own work. More lies and misrepresentation to be aware of . He managed to cause an electrical burn on our brand new appliance while doing electrical work. He painted our cabinets that looked like a five-year-old painted them with streaks and bubbles as if they were never sanded and only painted over, so disappointing. Our project was supposed to be 2 months and it turned out being 6 months because he kept telling us that he couldn't keep reliable workers. In his mild and humble demeanor he swindled us so badly and when we finally saw everything he did months later we were shocked. When we confronted him he didn't deny his negligence and shoddy work. He admitted that he took our money to use it for other projects, profusely apologized to us, hung his head in shame and claimed full accountability. He swore to pay us back With in two weeks and showed us a picture of an impending loan he was being approved for. He never paid us, and that was 2 months ago. He just disappeared. My new contractor who is wonderful has since ripped out everything he has done and started from scratch this project has cost me us much of our savings, so sad for us. read more
