Jose was able to review the job and get a quote to me quickly. His price was very reasonable. He was able to remove the rotten wood at our roof line, support the remaining structure, and replace the fascia and eave venting. He even painted the exposed items once he was finished. Jose also successfully installed our third party supplied gazebo kit. He was very careful to level the concrete support footings since our existing patio is not level. When we realized the gazebo was missing a part he was very willing to come back when the part arrived so he could complete the installation. He reliably responds to text messages and answers questions. We paid the deposit when scheduling the job and paid the balance when the project was due to be completed. He came and installed that missing piece after he was paid, he didn't just disappear like some companies do when they get the money.
