We had a great experience working with JWB Pools on building our dream backyard. From start to finish, the process felt collaborative and well managed. Jim, the owner, was especially communicative. He consistently kept us informed and was always available to answer our questions, which made a big difference throughout the project. Like any large project, there were a few moments of disagreement, but they were handled professionally and we were able to work through them effectively together. That level of communication and willingness to problem solve really stood out. While we still have a few finishing touches to complete on our end, we are very happy with how everything turned out.
