Josh is the MAN! I had four quotes before JWS. Three of the four said they could not install a chairlift in the stairway for my disabled mom. One took 2 hours to discuss it (apparently acorn is paid by the hour) and then said he couldn't do it. One said he could but it would cost me $25,000!!! In steps Josh! He came over and evaluated the stairway. He agreed it was definitely a super tricky, narrow stairway. He puzzled over it for about 15 to 20 minutes, then came up with a game plan! Not only did he give me a super reasonable quote, I had a friend who gave me her old Stair Chair and he used that to save me a bit of money! I thought we would have to lose the door on the top of the stairway but no! Josh saved it! It is super secure, and my mom is very comfortable in it. It's even better than I would've pictured it.
