I went with a two other friends for an appointment. The pedicure was excellent! He was very gentle with me and did a great job on my toenails. However, The Nail tech with her AirPods In was the worst experience I've ever had. I've been here many other times and haven't had any issues with the gentleman working. The lady drilled my cuticles off and had my pinky bleeding and thumb. The rest of my nails are still very sore but at least they didn't all bleed. It was a nightmare. I kept saying "ow!" But I guess she didn't get the hint. She didn't know how to do a flame design, which is fine. I opted for plain nails since it was getting close to closing time and she was rushing to get it done. I'm upset with the way She handled my nails and drilled my cuticles down and was too rough. read more
