I'll start by saying that I live in Orlando, and go to a pretty fancy nail place that charges exactly the same as this nail salon. I came for a pedicure, so I was seated in a chair with the water running- I let the tech know that the water was a little too hot for me, but she comes over and tells me that it's not too hot. (!?!?? Ok..) then she walks away and let's the tub nearly over flow. So they had to drain the tub and start over. She's going through the service and gets to the point of using the pumice stone, somehow with this EXTREMELY over used pumice stone (gross) manages to cut me and make me bleed. She sprayed my cut with peroxide then dunked my foot back into the dirty tub of water. Then gets to the scratchy (her nails are too long for this service), cold massage, which was maybe a total of 1.5 minutes for both legs, with some watered down lotion. Literally not even moisturizing or a massage. I'm so grossed out right now thinking about how many crusty heels have been exfoliated with the stone she cut me with. read more
