I had dinner at Kabuku in Calgary recently after seeing reviews. I tried their scallop sashimi, Bay Scallop Roll, and Yellow Bullet J Roll. Unfortunately, the only thing that stood out was scallop sashimi as they were fresh and sweet. The Bay Scallop Roll was too oily and saucy, even with the orange...The Yellow Bullet Roll just felt like a regular roll...I'd give it 6.5/10 read more
