If you're in Bisbee and want an impeccably crafted coffee drink, a trip to Kafka coffeehouse is must. We had a Kyoto cold brew and a Chai latte. Both were expertly crafted, delicious and satisfying. The Chai latte was the best we've ever had. Oftentimes they are prepared with too much sweetener, but this one was perfectly balanced, not too sweet. The barista is friendly and efficient, the environment is clean, airy and welcoming. There is seating at some tables, the counter, and a couple nice size benches, one inside and the other outside.
