5/5 recommend KAI Studio! When we pulled up I thought surely, we're lost. This building certainly cannot be it. We're here for the big pardee! The building appeared new or well maintained but also looked sealed up like nothing ever happened, nothing was happening and there will be nothing happening. We were approached by a door personal and when he drew back the drapes I was blown away! The space is huge. Huge and immaculately kept. It didn't appear to be decorated for the specific event we were there for however, except for maybe a colour theme, you definitely won't need additional decorations. With their zen motif, special effects lightning and the efforts of Josie and her team it's already gorgeous. The win (for me) is there's an art gallery upstairs adjacent to the DJ booth. Absolutely calming even while everyone was booging to the sounds of DJ *The Nubian Experience* downstairs. There was also a wonderful live band. So sorry I didn't get their name but they did not miss a beat. Literally haha. Sak pase!? Their extremely cute rustic styled bathrooms upstairs and downstairs lends a serene vibe. Catering was provided by Savvy Bistro Restaurant and the food and desserts were amazing! If you're looking for an event space in Brooklyn, I highly recommend you give Josie a ring.
