Brianna is simply amazing. She is a real leader and it shows in her work with dogs and the humans that love them. My husband and I have used her as both a trainer and for her dog walking services for almost 2 years. Our Teddy is a fairly well behaved, mostly submissive pup but his Jack Russell side sometimes gets the better of him. So, he used to pull us when on leash and if he gets too excited around other dogs, he'll chase and nip. Brianna showed us how to be the boss and got Teddy walking either beside us or behind us. She showed us how to control him when he's out of control around other dogs. Exercise and discipline then affection. Yeah, she's trained with Caesar but she's really made the method her own by her constant work with dogs of all ages, sizes and temperaments. She's also an extremely decent, reassuring and fair person, she'll answer any and all questions we have about Teddy in a timely manner. She offers the occasional free pack walk in Astoria Park to all her clients as a way of us bonding with our dogs as well as other people and their dogs. It's really empowering to walk your dog calmly in the midst of a huge pack of other calm dogs. She does all these things because she really cares about dogs and their humans. Her family helps out a little with her business so it really is a intimate, team effort and she's also very careful when screening assistant dog walkers. There's always an update after walks and the rare instance when there is an issue, he's sick or limping, etc., she and her team tells us right away. I never, ever worry about Teddy when he's with Kapooch. Brianna has helped us enjoy our time with our Teddy more and he's also a much happier dog for it! He loves spending time with her and her extremely well behaved pitbull Dexter. (He's so damn cute!) Any dog of any temperament, not just aggressive or fearful dogs, would enjoy being trained or walked by her.
