A HIDDEN GEM in the Inland Empire. If you are around Beaumont, you must try this place!! It's the best Filipino Cantonese fusion restaurant in the IE! A family owned business known for its unique blend of traditional and reimagined dishes!! A welcoming, local spot that aims to create a sense of community. They kept the flavors that everyone knows but added their own twist. This is from 2 recent visits to Kasama: Chef Kat's Sinigang Fried Chicken Wings - ultra crunchy, golden fried chicken wings with a bold, tangy sinigang sampalok dry rub tossed in a light calamansi garlic butter glaze, scallions and chilis (MY FAVE) Crispy Salmon Belly Sisig - sizzling, crispy, tangy, creamy, and mildly spicy; alternative to pork sisig Bambino's Plate; Kalbi Ribs, Honey Walnut Jumbo Prawns, Veggie Pancit Bihon, garlic rice and a scoop of mac salad. The Kalbi ribs are the star! Pork Lumpia - so crispy and crunchy! Love with sweet and spicy sauce! I could eat like 10 of them! Adobo Rice Garlic Rice NEW SPRING / SUMMER MENU Gochy-crunch Rangoons - imitation crab, cream cheese filled crispy wonton squares topped with gochujang cream, sweet a chili drizzle, furikake, and scallions. Fun nachos with a Chinese twist (MY FAVE) Camaron de Kasama - crispy white pepper fried prawns (high quality) served on a coconut-lemongrass coriander emulsion. Chicken Lettuce Cups - sautéed ground chicken, water chestnuts, scallions and hoisin; served with lettuce cups. (MY FAVE) illocos Tacos - housemade annatto-infused shell, vigan logganisa, monggo, atchara and cilantro served with sukang iloco sawsawan. Taco form of the popular illocos empanadas. (MY FAVE) Okoy- Tempura fried matchstick carrots, sweet potato, shrimp and sweet onions. Extra crispy and served with spicy vinegar sawsawan. Filipino street food version of veggie tempura with a giant prawn; so insanely good! Kinilaw - premium quality Bluefin tuna, coconut-calamari sauce & cane vinegar with fresh, sweet diced mango and garnished with crispy sweet potato strings & served with crispy wonton chips. Popcorn Chicken - tossed in a 5 spice powder and garnished with fried basil. Their take on Twainese popcorn chicken. Moules and Frites - steamed Blue Mussels (high quality) in a white wine, garlic broth with butter and shallots, finished with fresh parsley, malunggay (moringa) leaves. Served with garlic fries. Triple Threat - Caramelized banana egg roll (turon) with a scoop of macapune (young coconut) ice cream & Ube dust. Love the CRUNCH with the creamy ice cream!!(MY FAVE) DRINKS Jungle Juice - coconut water base mixed with pineapple, orange and guava juice & a splash of grenadine (MY FAVE) Ube Hojicha - housemade with the perfect amount of sweetness Turon Matcha Latte - caramelized banana iced matcha (ceremonial grade) topped with brûlée cold foam This is a great place for brunch or dinner!
