Brand new food cart! And guess what? They serve Mien & Lao food! If I'm correct, they're the only Mien food cart in the Portland Metro Area and a much needed addition to Gresham's growing food cart scene. Located in the Gresham Food Carts pod of NW Burnside, Kasoy & Co serves traditional Mien noodle soup called Kasoy, hence the business name. They also serve a traditional tart appetizer called Klangfen, various skewered proteins, papaya salad, sticky rice and steamed rice. I've had the pleasure of trying every menu item during their soft opening and my belly was pleased.
