TL;DR: Kay and his team renovated our kitchen, living + dining room, entryway, and bonus room in 2024. We loved working with him, because of his efficiency, honesty, good design sense, and high bar for quality. He also offers competitive prices. We worked with Kay to replace our carpet with hardwood floor, update our staircase railings, replace our front door, add a new window above the front door, update entryway ceiling (to natural cedar to match interior), separate our bonus room into two usable rooms, and build a custom bookshelf in the bonus room. He completed this entire scope of work in ~2 weeks. His team was efficient, had a high bar for quality, and cleaned up every day. Kay also was very flexible in providing guidance when issues popped up. Because we had a great experience with him, we also contracted Kay to do a full remodel of our kitchen. He demolished everything in the kitchen down to the frames, reconfigured electrical + lighting + plumbing, installed new floors, cleaned up the walls and ceilings, installed the quartz countertop, and installed the appliances. We had some work handled by other contractors (ex cabinets) by choice, and Kay was able to clean up some of their mistakes without issue. He did all this work in ~3.5 weeks.
