I have used KB Contracting (KB) a few times over the past couple of years for smaller jobs. The service was always excellent. When it came time for my major remodel I gave KB a call to get an estimate. I also shopped around. I talked with a few contractors, their prices ranged and their level or service varied. KB gave me a detailed quote based on actual measurements and costs. Other contractors just gave a look and gave a number with no discussion of what we wanted. I ultimately picked KB based on our prior relationship which created trust and the competitive price. I am glad I did. KB was on site every single day work was going on during the project. THE PROJECT WAS COMPLETED AHEAD OF SCHEDULE AND ON BUDGET!!! What I really liked beyond the obvious was that I was always updated on where we were with the project and what was happening next. I had friends and neighbors who had contractors that were never around and slow to respond. KB was always around and easy to get a hold of. Everyone who has seen the work is amazed at how nice everything turned out and the quality. We took a really bad looking kitchen and transformed it into a luxury kitchen. My wife is very happy with the result. KB helped out with a kitchen, master bathroom remodel, flooring, closets, electrical, plumbing, and painting. I had one side project I had someone else work on, they screwed it up and I hired KB to come in and get the situation resolved. Don't make the same mistake I made, hire KB to get it done it will save you time and money. I highly recommend KB to anyone that is looking for work on their home that they want a quality job done quickly for a fair price.
