KB's Burritos Looking for the best fish taco? Look no further! KB's Burritos in Eagle is famous for their fish tacos. KB's Famous Fish tacos are mahi-mahi, cabbage and Cabo sauce with a side of salsa and lime. It's hard to put into words how delicious these tacos are. I tried the shrimp taco and the fish taco. Both are very good but my favorite was the fish. Since 1993, KB's has been serving made-to-order healthy burritos and tacos. If fish isn't your thing, they have lots of other great options to consider, including burritos, bowls, salads, quesadillas and a great kids menu. They have a nice vegetarian menu.
