The cleaners were polite and friendly. Unfortunately it was not the deep cleaning I paid $185 for. This included master bed and bath, front bathroom, kitchen dinning and living room. My house is kept pretty clean but I wanted the detailed dusting and cleaning of Fixtures that isn't done regularly to be included. I was excited at their 5 star ratings. There was Absolutely no light fixtures cleaned, floor under bed and dressers left dirty, bathroom sinks were left with residue and the list goes on. Once I got home n sent pics regarding the lack of cleaning, Karla apologized and offered to send the same person back tomorrow. Why would I want the same person who didn't do the job right and most likely upset at it being pointed out back at my house. I asked for a different person (which I know she has) and she refused to send anybody else out. I've had the same housecleaner for over 20 years and it's very unfortunate Karla wouldn't make the effort or offer other resolution in order to keep my business. read more
