This location is so much bigger and has more selection than the Classen location. I've bought several pieces here already BUT, I was horrified at the way they assembled my first (and last) "build your own" necklace. When I finally decided on the setting and stone, which was very fun btw, the young lady just picked it up, clamped it down and handed it to me. No less than 3 people had handled that stone, and not only was it covered in fingerprints, but the chain had a small link that was twisted. It shocked me that they didn't clean the stone or inspect the chain prior to setting it. You can see fingerprints on the back of the stone underneath the setting and it drives me crazy. I don't like to wear it because of it. But, I love all of the other jewelry I've purchased here. I will definitely be back however I will stick to what's on display and wouldn't recommend building your own. read more
