Thursday, 10/9 @ approx 5:15 pm. First, it was a 20 minute wait in the drive thru. Then the guy got an attitude when I corrected him on my order. He told me it was a 20 minute wait and I said it was fine. He asked my order again, with the same result. Still got it wrong and charged me $5 more than it should have been. Luckily the girl at the register fixed it. ( I get the same thing twice a week since forever). The chicken breasts I got were so old and dry, the skin was like leather and it had rack marks embedded into them! A 20 minute wait indicates freshly dropped food, right? So what was actually going on?
Not only that, but I often get dark meat instead of white. Can't people tell the difference? They SHOULD working at a chicken place.
And what's up with smashing a 3 piece white meat meal with 2 sides AND an extra biscuit into a tiny 2-piece box? My biscuits are ALWAYS SMASHED TO BITS! I know they can at least put them in a separate paper bag. But no, smash it all together, and tear up the box trying to do it too.
Good grief! If I didn't love KFC fried chicken so much, I swear I'd quit them altogether! read more
