This KFC must be new because it is hard to find on YELP. Got it and hoped we would not regret stopping to get lunch from a long 1-10 road trip. The Cracker Barrel is in the same big parking lot. Going in was a nice cool off from the hot AZ weather. We saw one patron waiting for his order. It is painstakingly being made, sandwich by sandwich by a young chef who had said that he will be right with us. The large to-go order was finally completed, and the one person left with a grin. We get the 2 and the 3 chicken lunch boxes. The choices of sides were mashed potatoes and gravy and some sweet corn. We got to help ourselves to the drinks. I was happy with the greasy classic chicken pieces, but I only wished for another biscuit. The KFC was a cool rest stop, but the code to the RR does not work, and nobody really cared.
