Now May comes around and here we go: Lady taking the order acted so entitled 'yeah we have extra crispy, why you asking? You should know and if you could read, you would see it's on the menu...' Pardon my French, why the attitude? Turned around and yelled at the kitchen several times! Asked for a receipt, was told no paper available in the printer and too busy to get it in the back .... Took a while to get my order and checked the chicken total (often missed) and didn't take much into the 20 honey and 30 butter packages. Arriving at home: it realized - mashed potatoes and gravy were combined into 1! WTF - since when don't we get 2 bowls (1 large for the mash - 1 small one for the gravy) - KFC why the heck???
