Went on a Wednesday at around 12:10pm. Went thru drive thru which was not busy. Order 10 piece special, chicken only, original. Drive thru employee said it will be 15 minutes to cook my order. WTF?!?! It's lunchtime and you are clearly not that busy! Why am I having to wait 15 minutes for my order? What are they doing in there? This has never happened to me at any other KFC? read more
