Food is good-- same level as other KFCs Service was quick. Order was ready in about 2 minutes Customer service friendliness could be better. The guy at the counter has that body language and look on his face that he dont want to be there. Not a single smile or greeting, slouches and acting like someone is forcing him to work this job. They need someone different up front Cleanliness- POOR- dining area had a lot of dirty tables. (See photo) Floor also had mashed potatoes, etc. In the whole 30 minutes we were there, there was a lot of time that there were no customers at the counter. One time, the same guy I referred to earlier left his spot and walked around the dining area and just looked around, but did absolutely nothing. read more
