KFC / Taco Bell...overcharged me for a side and, neither the employee nor the manager, issued a single apology after it was brought to their attention. Ordered $5 fill up chicken boxes and was told it would be 40 minutes before any chicken was ready. So wait...let me get this straight....you're KFC and you're out of chicken??
