I am giving this place three stars because I had an average experience here. I like the fact that there is ample parking available and the dining room inside was clean. I placed a mobile order for pickup so I went into the dining room and was just standing there in the mobile pickup section of the counter and was not acknowledged verbally although several employees noticed and heard me walking and said nothing. About 10 minutes in someone said they would be right with me and I think it was a manager because he then told an employee to be aware of the front counter into assist me. The employee seem to be young and she was very nice and I told her about my mobile order and she went to go collect it. As she was placing everything in the bag she was taking her sweet time and I appreciated that as I am sure she will not leave out anything (once I got home utensils weren't in the bag LOL). Although she was taking time to place and gather my orders I couldn't help but think that this could cause a delay in wait time for others. So my review is based on others so that everyone is aware of what to expect once coming to this location. the food was amazing. It was very fresh, not too greasy, and just delicious. It tasted fresh not as if it was just staying on the counter for too long and it was great. This location also seems to be a bit more expensive compared to other KFC's, they state that because this is a corporate restaurant location it does not have cheaper prices like other franchises. Would I come back? Of course, it is just three stars just for the basic average service that one gets. read more
