I purchased an 8-Piece (only) crispy chicken. Even gave a 25% tip (in cash.) Got home to enjoy my meal. To my surprise the chicken was way over done. The crust was dark, extremely hard and/or very chewy while at the same time completely saturated in oil. The meat was dry, chewy, and sucked the moisture out of my mouth. I drank two 16-ounce glasses of water with the chicken I forced myself to eat. My question is: Why would KFC allow this to happen? Sorry KFC. you lost another customer. read more
