I am not happy with my experience. I did the online order to speed things up. After I ordered we went to the drive through to pick it up. At the order window I was told, " yeah we have your order, but you need to come in to pick it up." This was the opposite of what I wanted to do. I backed out of the drive through and went in. There was a bag with my name on it sitting on the counter..... why couldn't this be handed through the window?? When I asked if they needed me to do something they said no just grab your food?!? Again why did I need to come in? Once I arrived home I opened it all up and the wings were soggy like they were microwaved and they were poorly sauced. I called the store to inform them and was told to hold on..... 8 minutes and 23 seconds later I hung up. Terrible service and poor food quality. Management needs to review training and customer service. read more
