We took a drive from our place to Summerside. We stopped at your KFC drive-through and ordered two two Piece meals and the popcorn chicken meal. First the guy ask what salads do we want, we said none. He repeated again what salad do do we want with our meals I said I'm not paying extra for salads as it stated on the board. You should've asked if I wanted to purchase a salad. When we got our meals we went and parked and saw pieces that we did not recognize I took pictures . What supposed to be atwo piece meal was really one piece of rib cut into A two piece meal was really one piece of rib cut in two and the same for wife thigh that was cut in two too. We have eaten at KFC across the country and usually a two piece meal for each would fill us up. This meal didn't. The only decent meal was the popcorn chicken my daughter had. We were big fans of KFC. We used get KFC in Regina once every two weeks . We were hoping the one in Summerside is not like the two in Charlottetown. But it's the same Oily chicken and the flavour is not 11 herbs and spices that we eaten across Canada and the US. I am also very Disappointed with my response of my complaint of the KFC in Charlottetown where order a 10 piece meal and got five tiny wings and one drumstick. And 4 pieces Un-recognizable , and all I got was $5 coupon I should gotten a refund for my meal at least. As I said before I'm gonna post this and everyone on Facebook to avoid KFC in Charlottetown and Summerside as I am totally disgusted with three of Restaurants in PEI. KFC need to do a surprise inspection as they are not following the standard level . I feel ripped off and also I felt ill after eating in all three of those restaurants. I will not be returning to those KFC's ever again. Please Avoid them . read more
