I went here for my son's first hair cut. I wanted to chop most of it off as it was past his shoulders and Teresa told me I shouldn't do that and I would regret it. Then she said "I'll just cut a little off and then see what you think". At the end of it I was going to tell her I wanted her to still go ahead with more cut off, but another mom was there waiting really impatiently. Teresa also wrote down MY name on the "____'s first hair cut" portion of the paper and not my sons. She also put a huge amount of hair from the pony tail in the baggie so I can't even see the curls, just a jumbled mess. Overall a very poor experience for my son's first hair cut which was such a bummer because my friend goes here and loves it. I don't typically leave bad reviews but this left such a sour taste in my mouth I felt like I needed to warn other people to go in and get exactly what you want without letting her talk you out of it. read more
