After a nice 4th of July weekend in Pittsburg and Mount Pleasant, we needed gas and a restroom stop before heading back to Houston. Kim's looks brand new and it is! They thought of everything, even an adjoining IHOP. The coffee and soda fountains seem to offer endless options. The pre-made salads and hot items like sausage on a stick and kolaches looked fresh. The ladies restroom only has four stalls, but they were clean and there was not a line when I was there. There is a baby-changing-station that appeared clean. After passing Kim's several times during our active weekend, I am glad we stopped to fill up on our way out of the area. This will be one of our stops on future visits to Pittsburg and Mt. Pleasant. read more
