I had a really great experience here! I didn't have an appointment, so the receptionist said I may wait up to 30 minutes, but I only waited 15. I got their new ombré acrylics, and they are perfectly Pinterest-able. She was very careful, she didn't hurt me at all- which is saying something since I have a habit of biting the skin around my nails. But she didn't open any of the cuts around my nails or make new ones, which I really appreciated. She was meticulous in her filing and gave me the super glossy finish I asked for. The receptionist and my technician were very friendly and kind, and some of the other technicians were sweet enough to say hello and invite me back. Just FYI, the ombré style takes a little longer than normal acrylics because of the duo-colors. This appointment took just over an hour. I'll be back next time I'm in town! read more
