I recently dined at Kin Dee in Bothell and had a delightful experience. The food was incredibly flavorful and unapologetically spicy, with the option to adjust the heat level if desired. The Pad Thai stood out as particularly good, perfectly balancing smoky, sweet, sour, and spicy flavors without being too sticky or saucy.
I also loved the Hot Basil Chicken, which is one of my favorite Thai comfort foods. It came with a fried egg on top, adding an extra layer of deliciousness. On a previous visit, I tried their Tom Yum soup as takeout and was impressed by both the taste and the thoughtful packaging.
The restaurant's ambience and cleanliness were commendable, and the service was polite and attentive. Parking around the area was not an issue at all, making the visit even more convenient.
Overall, I'm giving Kin Dee 4 stars for now, with the potential to update to 5 stars after trying a few more dishes. read more
