Upside Down Banana Cake (6/5 NOMs) Do I eat it upside down? Holy sweetness one bite and you will be all upside down deliciesness. It was just a banana flavor explosion with every bite making my taste buds dance. The caramelized sugar added a nice extra sweetness kick. Hands down, or hands upside down one of the bets desserts this hungry nomster had. Its a kind of dessert you just have to eat slowly and savor every bite. BBQ Salmon (4/5 NOMs) I went fishing and caught some cray. Kitchen cray ones again delivers something very cray. Its their take on how fish should be prepared and its with BBQ sauce. Thats an interesting pairing usually don't find everywhere. Had my doubts this will work, but they proved me wrong and created very flavorful combination. Just a little bit of sauce so the flavor does not completely overpower. Spinach was very well prepared, soft but not overcooked. Perfectly combined with garlic mashed potatoes. Mashed potatoes combined with BBQ sauce is like combining it with gravy, that good. Got to eat a little bit of everything to truly enjoy the flavor mix. Pan Seared Chicken (5/5 NOMs) What came first, chicken or egg? Pan seared chicken with roasted potatoes, wilted spinach and sunny side up egg. Chicken was very soft and well seasoned, but slightly too salty. Combine it with potatoes, sunny side up egg and its a great flavor combination. Got to get a little bit of everything in single bite. Everything together become a well balanced dish. This was our most favorite dish of the night. Winter Green Salad (5/5 NOMs) Jump into the green. Its a mix salad goodness with sweet dressing and berries. Good way to start your noming adventure before main course. Dressing was very light and not over done so you can still taste the salad flavor with nice sweet hint from the dressing. I love combination of vegetables and fruits together, nice mix of sweetness and greenness. I just love the crunchy little croutons. They tasted more like the yummy bread they make. Oh so good! Goat Truffle Tremor (4/5 NOMs) Get stuffed with some caps. Start your noming adventure with a bite size stuffed mushrooms. They maybe small, but they are stuffed with so much ripened goat cheese black truffle that a few might just ill you up. Its a gooey cheesy goodness with chicken sausage on the inside and mushroomy thickness on the outside. Sausage had a nice kick to it and combined well with grilled cheese.
