The short version: Gary did an excellent job helping us with our kitchen design, and the products are great! I'd use him for another project again in a heartbeat. The long version: We were doing an entire house remodel, and went to KitchenSync for advice on how to arrange our kitchen to maximize the space while keeping a very clean, modern feel. Gary put together a great design right after the first meeting. We tweaked it several times over the next couple of weeks. Gary was always friendly and helpful, even when we called with more changes. In the end, we selected Ultracraft Thermofoil cabinets in wenge pattern (a dark color) with two different tones of Caesarstone (blizzard and nougat). We love the design, and have found our kitchen to be the most functional we've ever lived in. Gary also helped us with cabinets for our master and guest bathrooms, giving us a semi-custom product that looks custom built. While we had a minor issue with some of the hinges from the manufacturer (we didn't like how they functioned even though they worked as planned), Gary went to bat for us, and got us what we needed. We'd highly recommend him to anyone.
