The absolute worst and most unsecure storage facility I have ever seen in my life. The good reviews are either fake or from when it used to be Airport Storage. ****REVIEWS FROM BRAND NEW ACCOUNTS ARE DEFINITELY FAKE.**** Probably left by manager Ralph using fake accounts. Since KO took over everything has gone straight to hell. There have been numerous break-ins, which KO doesn't seem to care about. They are acting more annoyed at me complaining about the break-ins than the actual break-ins. When I first called them they were very uninterested and didn't even ask which units numbers it was until I asked them if they even wanted to know. Then as kinda an after thought they asked. The so-called Manager, Ralph Rodriguez, is hardly ever there since he works another job. He is rude, unprofessional, couldn't care less about tenants or their property. He told me he makes $16 an hour and doesn't get paid enough to care. He has lied to me repeatedly, yelled at me, hung up on me, and usually avoids my phone calls. They are partnered up with some crooked insurance company called Bader and are forcing all tenants to get insurance. You can chose your own insurance company but if you don't do it fast enough for KO's liking they will sell your info to Bader, which is one of the worst insurance companies in the US according to customer reviews. The Bader policy they try to force on tenants covers rodents and "named perils" but not crime, such as the theft and vandalism which is happening. I'm sure its an extra charge for that but as it is the basic policy is basically useless unless somehow the case is proven that the locks were gnawed off by giant mice. The cameras are decoys and don't work, the gate barely works and has a tendency to get stuck at all hours of the day and night and sometimes for days. The barbed wire has been removed from under the gate making even easier for people to get in. There are numerous units with no locks on them but property still inside. The "security company" supposedly "patrolling" doesn't seem to exist. I have not been able to find any company with that name, nor have I ever seen a single security or dog anywhere near the property. So if you want to be disrespected and disregarded, have your money extorted, and lose your property while they get pissy with you for not bending over and taking it with a smile, then this is the place for you.
